Returns & Exchanges
Returns for Correct Toes & StableToe:
- All products must have been purchased directly from us on www.paradigmsportscanada.com
- Returnable within 30 days of delivery, even if modified or used
- Exchangeable within 60 days of delivery, even if modified or used
- Original packaging not required
Returns for Naked Sports products or Injinji Toe Socks:
- All products must have been purchased directly from www.paradigmsportscanada.com
- Can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original packaging must be included
Items cannot show any signs of being worn - this includes having been worn outside, scuffing, discoloration, smudges, etc.
We do not accept returns on items that appear worn or used, have gotten dirty or sweaty, and/or items that are returned without the original packaging.
NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE ITEMS:
The following items are final sale only. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items:
- Naked Sports Women’s HC Vest
- Closeout items
- Any other item marked Closeout or Final Clearance
